Sunshine Enterprise announces its partnership in Dobbs Import, LLC

Sunshine Enterprise, Inc. is proud to announce its equity partnership with Dobbs Management Service, LLC (DMS) for its forklift distribution venture, Dobbs Import, LLC (dba HELI Americas) starting from June 1, 2009.

HELI Americas was founded in early 2007 by DMS to distribute forklifts manufactured by Anhui HELI Co. Ltd in China. DMS had a long and successful history in automobile distribution, airline catering, and health care business and currently manages significant holdings in beverage distribution and automobile parts distribution business.

DMS had retained Mr. Bruce Pelynio as President/CEO and equity partner in 2007 to direct the growth of HELI Americas. Bruce brings over 34 years of experiences in the material handling industry with Allis Chalmers, Toyota®, and Yale®. He has assembled a team of veterans in material handling industry with the combined experience well over 100 years and has developed 22 distributors in Eastern U.S in the past 2 years. Anhui HELI, the largest forklift manufacturer in China, also boasts a long tenure of success. The factory started in 1958 and has positioned itself as the 10th largest forklift manufacturer in the world today. Anhui HELI manufactures and sells over 40,000 forklifts per year and offers a complete line of rugged equipment with capacities ranging from 2,000 lbs to over 100,000 lbs.
